Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager to operate at the intersection of multiple divisional personnel, senior leadership, program management, and stakeholders. The role is on-site in McGregor, TX.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end workplace construction, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery within safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience with hyperscale data center construction projects is preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety culture, regulatory compliance, assurance, and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation projects from concept through occupancy.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee tenant improvements (TI), office renovations, workplace modernization initiatives, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues proactively.
