Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead on-site construction in McGregor, TX. You will manage all aspects of multiple projects from pre-construction through occupancy, coordinating with clients, vendors, and inspectors to ensure schedule, budget, and quality.

Applicants should have a BA/BS with 8+ years in construction, with fifteen years preferred, and demonstrated leadership. The role requires on-site work with up to 90% travel within the US; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities of assigned projects from pre-construction to occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Coordinates construction activities with the client and client vendors and other stakeholders.
• Plans and organizes reports and reviews documentation from multiple project teams.
• Provides technical direction and ensures work meets design, budget, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with the General Contractor to schedule tests and inspections and deliver reports.
• Review punch lists and verify completion before substantial completion.
• Monitor progress and document field activities with inspectors and project controls.
• Coordinate project documentation with Project Controls reviewers.
• Review and approve Pay Applications.
• Ensure proper insurances and bill of sale documentation for pay applications.
