The Senior Project Manager, Construction leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or complex construction and capital improvement projects. This role serves as the senior client-facing lead on high-visibility projects, mentors junior project management staff, and helps set the standard for project delivery within the market. This position focuses on ground-up data center construction, including both core and shell delivery and the critical electrical, mechanical, and technical infrastructure required for fully operational data center facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead ground-up data center projects from preconstruction and site development through core and shell construction, critical infrastructure installation, testing, and turnover.

Oversee the integration of mission-critical building systems, including medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution, utility interconnections, substations and transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and backup power infrastructure.

Coordinate the construction and integration of data hall infrastructure, power distribution to IT equipment, cooling systems, controls, fire protection, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Develop and manage multi-million dollar project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating risk.

Serve as the senior client-facing representative, building and maintaining trust with owners, tenants, and capital partners.
