Job summary

The GOR Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead structured cabling and low-voltage construction for a large-scale data center project in the United States. This senior role requires ownership of execution, leading large teams, and delivering high-quality, safe infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include day-to-day field leadership from mobilization to closeout, coordination with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in structured cabling or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large field teams of 100+ personnel.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage construction and structured cabling systems.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field crews simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage labor, installation quality, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, and customer standards.
• Mentor field personnel and supervise 100+ technicians.
