Job summary

The GOR Group seeks a senior construction executive to lead preconstruction for its Advanced Technology data center platform from its Dallas base. You will shape strategy, oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk across North America, and drive multidisciplinary teams to win and deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction or project management.
• Significant mission‑critical or data center construction experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex pursuits and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience engaging with executive‑level clients and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategy and standards for preconstruction delivery across the Advanced Technology unit.
• Provide executive oversight for high‑value pursuits and projects.
• Allocate resources based on workload and project complexity.
• Lead design management, constructability, risk management, and client coordination.
• Develop and improve estimating, pricing reviews, and internal approvals.
• Build and retain a high‑performing preconstruction team.
