Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities for mission critical data center projects across the United States. You will own field operations from mobilisation through turnover, ensuring safe, predictable delivery and alignment with programme milestones.

Ideal candidates bring proven superintendent experience on large-scale builds, with a preference for data center or mission critical environments, and are willing to travel nationwide to support multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong preference for previous data center or mission critical experience.
• Backgrounds in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, or other technically coordinated construction environments also considered.
• Strong capability in MEP-heavy coordination and fast-track delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex field execution across multiple trade partners.
• Willingness to travel nationwide across project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations across mission critical data center builds.
• Own field coordination across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
• Drive short-interval planning and disciplined look-ahead scheduling.
• Maintain alignment between construction sequencing and commissioning requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance across multiple active work fronts.
• Resolve field conflicts early to protect programme certainty.
• Maintain strict safety and QA/QC standards across all site activities.
• Develop Assistant Superintendents and field leadership capability.
