Job summary

Daksta seeks a Data Center Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical construction projects. You will ensure safety, schedule, and contract compliance while coordinating trades and overseeing MEP installations.

In this role you will drive commissioning readiness, resolve on-site issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and inspectors throughout project turnover.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of construction experience with superintendent level responsibility.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating multiple trades.
• Background in data centers or mission-critical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field engineers to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical installations and commissioning readiness.
• Maintain safety standards per OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Communicate progress with clients and stakeholders during weekly meetings.
