Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center construction programs in Texas. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance while managing client expectations and relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, CPM scheduling expertise, and proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on mission-critical facilities. Travel to project sites in Texas and beyond may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; or 15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience with significant project management responsibility.
• 8+ years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity with large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for mission critical and data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Set project management strategy and establish execution expectations across project teams.
• Manage schedule, cost, scope, and risk with strong client relationships.
