Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center construction projects in West Texas and beyond. You will drive preconstruction through turnover, coordinate with owners, design teams, and field leadership, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

This onsite role requires disciplined planning, rigorous documentation, proactive communication, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors, procurement, and commissioning activities across complex

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or 8 years of equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, mission critical, or technically complex construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specs, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission critical and data center projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and controls.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
