Seneca Resources seeks a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead data center construction projects in Holly Ridge, LA. You will oversee large-scale, complex work, focusing on safety, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.

The role requires coordinating diverse teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the on-site liaison for clients to deliver projects on time and to spec. Strong leadership and deep technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 8+ years of supervisory experience in large-scale data center or structured cabling construction projects.
• Proven experience managing dispersed field teams (100+ technicians).
• Strong knowledge of data center connectivity, ISP, fiber construction, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with construction safety regulations and best practices (OSHA, NEBS, ANSI/TIA, BICSI).
• Deep technical expertise in low voltage systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, project scheduling platforms).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and complex project schedules.
• Certification preferences: OSHA30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BICSI Technician and RCDD
