Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience on large-scale data center projects.
• Experience directing field teams of 100+ technicians.
• Advanced knowledge of low-voltage, fiber, structured cabling, data center connectivity, ISP construction, commissioning, system validation, and telecom quality control.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and leading safety practices.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction-management platforms, plus the ability to quickly adopt new construction technologies and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program and enforce regulatory compliance on site.
• Develop and execute project plans, sequencing, site logistics, and phasing strategies.
• Direct daily field operations to meet production, budget, schedule, and milestone commitments.
• Manage onsite field personnel and oversee large field teams in union or nonunion settings.
• Represent construction operations in client meetings, site walks, and milestone reviews.
