The role requires 10+ years in construction management, with a track record in multi-million to billion-dollar facilities and strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management, incl. large-scale data centers or fast-track delivery.
• Delivery of multi-million to billion-dollar projects; ground-up, core & shell, and fit-out.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction projects across the region with budgets and schedules.
• Interface with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Forecast budgets, track costs, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Lead and develop regional project management staff and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional STACK teams for delivery excellence.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain delivery commitments.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership, clients, and partners.
• Promote safety, quality, professionalism, and innovation across projects.
