Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to lead high-visibility Cx projects across the US and Canada. You will manage greenfield builds, expansions, and restorations from design to turnover, with projects from 1MW to 25MW+.

The role supports remote work in the US with access to a major airport. You will coordinate with End-users, General Contractors, and consultants, develop commissioning plans and test procedures, and drive budgets and schedules to meet contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in mission critical commissioning project management.
• ABET accredited degree preferred but equivalent experience acceptable.
• Commissioning Professional certification required; PE/PMP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center/mission critical commissioning projects from design through post-construction.
• Coordinate with End-users, GCs, sub-contractors, AHJs, and Engineers of Record.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, specs, and test scripts.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and client communications.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure contractual compliance.
