Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to lead and manage multiple Cx projects nationwide, including Greenfield builds and facility expansions. This remote role allows home-based work anywhere in the US with access to a major airport.

The role requires strong expertise in mission critical commissioning processes and end-to-end project execution. Preferred candidates will have 10+ years of commissioning project management experience, an ABET engineering degree, a Commissioning

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of mission critical commissioning project management experience.
• ABET-accredited engineering or technology degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Commissioning Professional certification required.
• PE and/or PMP are assets.
• Knowledge of testing transformers, UPS, generators, BMS, CRACs, AHUs and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center or mission critical commissioning projects from design to post-construction.
• Coordinate with End-users, GCs, subcontractors, equipment suppliers and clients.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, specs, SOPs and MOPs.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and test scripts.
• Act as primary client contact and provide day-to-day direction to the team.
