Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager, Data Centers, to lead commercial activities for US data center expansion and operations. You will coordinate between data center providers and Nebius teams, manage funding requests and commercial issues, and ensure timely approvals and payments.

This remote role requires travel between data centers and close collaboration with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial management, infrastructure operations, or capital projects.
• Experience managing commercial activities in data centers, energy, construction, or related fields.
• Ability to influence Legal, Finance, and operations without direct reporting authority.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, payment milestones, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial matters with colocation providers, data center developers, and power infrastructure partners.
• Review provider requests for completeness, documentation, contractual basis, and alignment with scope and milestones.
• Drive funding requests, milestone payments, deposits, and prepayments through internal review and approval.
• Provide leadership with reporting on outstanding commitments, upcoming payments, and decisions required.
