Nebius in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead buildout and operational readiness of our data centers. You will oversee design review through commissioning, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and regulators to ensure compliance and performance.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering, 5+ years of data center PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management for data center or colocation infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of data center construction, from design review to commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure specifications and timelines are met.
• Review design drawings and submittals for compliance with standards and operations.
• Manage change control, progress tracking, and budget adherence.
• Lead FAT/SAT for key systems (UPS, chillers, generators, switchgear).
• Post-construction, oversee daily facility operations and vendor management.
