Qualifications

• 10+ years of site leadership in data center delivery and construction.
• End-to-end data center development: entitlements, planning, handover.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sites 60% of the time or more and shape culture and approach.
• Develop and enhance partner capabilities with subject-matter expertise.
• Validate deal readiness from LOI to lease execution and ensure requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions with partners.
• Drive handoffs to operations and enable rapid workload turn-ups.
• Prepare executive progress reporting and support capacity planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across delivery lifecycle.
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery.
