Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE is seeking a Senior Lead Technician to oversee installation and decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in data center environments. You will lead multiple crews, coordinate schedules, and control labor and materials to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing structured cabling, troubleshooting copper and fiber, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with stakeholders on deployments and live

Qualifications

• Ability to lead up to 15 technicians and coordinate crews.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and building documentation.
• Experience with structured cabling in data center environments.
• Understanding of copper and fiber testing and terminations.
• Committed to safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling in Data Center environments.
• Lead multiple crews and manage labor and materials.
• Read blueprints, perform cabling tasks, and document progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for deployments and live sites.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Maintain orderly paperwork and support project execution.
• Support both new deployments and live site work.
