Job summary

The role requires hands-on expertise with copper and fiber cabling, field terminations, and documentation. Strong communication with stakeholders and adherence to industry standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small crew of technicians in a data center or telecom environment.
• Strong focus on safety, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints / documentation.
• Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling, terminations, and testing.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission network cabling in data center environments.
• Provide repeatable, efficient processes and continuous improvement.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety, quality, and codes standards.
• Perform field terminations, labeling, and testing of copper and fiber.
