Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support the growth of our Data Center business. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of market strategy, customer engagement, and new product development, helping drive the next generation of cable solutions for data centers.

The successful candidate will lead product strategy, define requirements, and guide development from concept through commercialization, partnering with R&D, manufacturing, and sales to deliver

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials).
• 5+ years of product development engineering experience.
• Wire and cable industry experience.
• Data center experience.
• Experience with UL, CSA and NEC standards.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies in data center cables.
• Define product requirements and guide development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams on cable solutions.
• Engage with customers, industry partners, and standards organizations to inform product direction.
• Manage lifecycle activities from market assessment to continuous improvement.
