Prysmian seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive data center cable solutions from concept to commercialization. This role leads cross-functional teams, engages customers and industry partners, and shapes product strategy in a fast-growing infrastructure segment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in product development engineering, data center experience, and familiarity with UL/CSA/NEC standards to ensure compliant, market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required across Electrical, Mechanical or Materials.
• 5+ years of product development engineering experience; lead or contribute to technical product development projects.

Responsibilities

• Define data center product strategy by monitoring market trends and opportunities.
• Lead new product development from concept through launch in collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, quality and sales.
• Engage customers and industry partners to translate needs into product opportunities.
• Influence industry standards and specifications (UL, CSA, NEC) and monitor regulatory changes.
• Manage full product lifecycle: market assessment, definition, launch, performance, and improvement.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing and leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Represent Prysmian in industry events and with customers; travel 20-30%.
