Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analysis, architecture and warehousing in a cloud environment.
• Proven track record leading data projects and initiatives with strategic impact.
• Familiarity with agile methodology and experience in agile ceremonies.
• Experience writing SQL and Python scripts for analysis of data warehouses across platforms such as Databricks Delta Lake, Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and agile features.
• Represent the needs of client data and stakeholders on cross-functional data change projects; ensure alignment across teams.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to support business decisions and provide strategic insights.
• Act as SME for distribution data and enterprise data strategy; apply data governance best practices.
• Document data flows, establish data definitions, and participate in governance initiatives.
• Lead Agile planning activities with the product owner; define user stories and prioritize features.
• Support QA testing and participate in agile ceremonies to meet sprint goals.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop data pipelines and analytics solutions.
