Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands‑on Data & BI Manager to lead a five‑person team across Data Engineering and Power BI. You will play a key role in modernizing the organization’s enterprise data architecture and shaping the roadmap alongside senior leadership.

You’ll work across Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Oracle, and Salesforce, guiding data modeling and enterprise reporting to support Finance, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Data architecture modernization and data modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of Power BI and enterprise reporting environments.
• Technical foundation in IT, Data Engineering, BI, or Data Architecture.
• Ability to understand complex data flows across multiple enterprise systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical professionals.
• Organized, collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.

Responsibilities

• Lead a five-person Data Engineering and BI team across Data Engineering and Power BI.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop the roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee modernization of the enterprise data architecture and data modeling.
• Drive architecture decisions and BI strategy across Finance, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales.
