Job summary

Apex Systems seeks a senior technology leader to define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy, oversee modernization of BI and data warehouse platforms, and guide multi-year transformation roadmaps. You will partner with executives to balance delivery with strategic initiatives across cloud, data architecture, and reporting practices.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
8+ years of experience supporting or developing analytics, reporting, or intelligence solutions.
4+ years in leadership positions managing engineering or analytics teams.
Proven experience leading BI and Analytics organizations.
Demonstrated experience defining and executing large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives.
Experience developing and executing cloud migration strategies for reporting and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to balance operational responsibilities with long-term strategic transformation efforts.
Data architecture and reporting platform expertise, including Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or similar technologies.
Executive stakeholder management experience.
Experience implementing cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.
Demonstrated success improving observability, reliability, and automation within analytics environments.
Experience with Python, Java, or similar technologies.
