Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst 3 to support the Mainframe Reports and Extract efforts for the Railroad Commission of Texas. This 100% remote role focuses on data analysis, reporting, data publishing, and requirements documentation using Power BI and Snowflake.

You will work with business units to design technical solutions, develop UAT, and guide testing and implementation under limited supervision. Strong English communication and oil & gas domain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior-level business analysis experience required (8+).
• Experience gathering requirements and creating reports.
• Facilitating creation and analysis of business requirements with business teams.
• Participating in user acceptance testing, training and related activities.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for multiple interrelated reports projects.
• Develop data and reporting solutions, post data on portals as needed.
• Lead or guide UAT and implementation related activities.
• Collaborate with business users to design technical solutions.
