Wellinks is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful business insights. You will partner with Enrollment, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology to measure performance, define KPIs, and expand self-service analytics across the organization.

You will build trusted reports and dashboards, translate analyses into actionable recommendations, and communicate insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analytics/BI experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for key initiatives.
• Develop reliable data models and reporting resources for self-service analytics.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with data engineering to improve data accuracy.
