Job summary

Wellinks in New Haven, CT is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights and enable data-driven decisions across Enrollment, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs, translate analyses for stakeholders, and advance self-service analytics using SQL, dbt, and BI tools like Power BI, with Snowflake/Redshift familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering)
• 5+ years of analytics/BI experience
• Demonstrated SQL proficiency for analyzing complex datasets
• Experience building dashboards and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve performance
• Translate analyses into insights, recommendations and presentations for diverse stakeholders
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria for key initiatives
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, analytical models, and data pipelines
• Ensure reliable data models and data quality with Data Engineering and teams
