Job summary

EnableComp LLC seeks a Data Analyst to analyze complex healthcare data, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. You will translate findings into executive-ready summaries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL, and proficiency with BI tools. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and Databricks integration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, CS, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, reporting, or relational databases.
• 3-5 years in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
• Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• 3 years integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code.
• Strong SQL, Excel, PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights for business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Translate findings into clear executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain structured datasets with validated data integrity.
• Partner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data teams to align data solutions.
• Drive root-cause analysis and propose practical data-backed solutions.
• Ensure accuracy through validation and quality checks.
• Document methodologies and processes for transparency and repeatability.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
