Elevance Health is seeking a Senior Encryption Engineer (Data at Rest) to support enterprise-scale data protection across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. You will focus on encryption, tokenization, key management and operational stability, partnering with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot, automate, and ensure reliable protection of sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in information Technology or related field and 8+ years in systems administration and security aspects of information systems.
• Experience with access management, network security, and multi-discipline environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture support and risk assessment for information and network security technologies.
• Develop strategies for discovery, evaluation and response to new networking attacks and incidents.
• Provide technical escalation and guidance on complex problems across enterprise security systems.
• Design access management and network security solutions based on business requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with architecture to update technology direction and strategy.
