Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to lead data protection and cryptography efforts in a mission-critical environment. The role focuses on encryption, tokenization, and policy management within enterprise cloud security initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as a technical lead, mentor engineers, and drive secure deployments using Protegrity, Ansible, Terraform, and serverless AWS patterns. Onsite in Plano, TX with a strong governance and compliance orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in cryptography.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity engineering.
• 2+ years in cloud-native tech (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 2+ years of Unix/Linux administration.
• 2+ years of SELinux experience.
• 2+ years using Protegrity data protection solutions.
• 2+ years using Ansible Automation Platform.
• 2+ years of Terraform Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead cryptography, cloud security, and microservices projects.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams on secure cloud solutions.
• Assess risks to data confidentiality and integrity; identify vulnerabilities.
