Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Sr Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data architectures, pipelines, and data models. You will guide data engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure access to analytics across the organization.

You will leverage SQL, ETL/ELT, and cloud skills (AWS/Azure) while focusing on data privacy, governance, and scalable architecture in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data warehousing.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platform.
• Strong background in SQL, ETL/ELT tools, data modeling tools, and RDBMS; Unix/Linux beneficial.
• Experience in data engineering or data pipeline development is desirable.
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles and patterns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
