GoFasti is seeking a senior data engineer to own the lakehouse architecture and lead migrations to Databricks for a global client. This remote role is based in Latin America, offering exposure to world-class data platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

You will design scalable pipelines, govern data with Unity Catalog, and drive infrastructure as code with Terraform while mentoring junior engineers and shaping architecture across cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in data engineering, with 5+ years using Databricks and Spark.
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL skills and cloud experience.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable pipelines and implement data governance with Unity Catalog.
• Design infrastructure as code with Terraform and drive FinOps.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and advise on architecture.
