Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale database projects and manage the technical talent behind them. You will bridge strategic mission goals with technical execution, overseeing design, budgeting, and resource allocation to deliver robust, secure data structures for AI-enabled decision-making.

The role requires 8+ years in data architecture, strong RDBMS and data modeling expertise, and proven leadership of large technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and database management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Proven experience leading technical teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development of complex database projects.
• Lead planning and budgeting for staff and database resources.
• Monitor progress and reallocate resources for efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to staff and engineers.
• Develop presentations on DBMS concepts and architectures.
