Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale database projects and manage the talent behind them. You will bridge strategic goals with technical delivery, ensuring robust, scalable data structures for AI-enabled decision-making.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, architecture oversight, and high-level stakeholder engagement. A TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required, with 8+ years in data architecture and DB management.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years in data architecture and database management.
Extensive knowledge of RDBMS and data modeling.
Proven experience managing technical teams on large-scale projects.
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources dynamically.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end development and execution of complex database projects.
Lead planning and budgeting of staff and database resources to hit milestones.
Monitor progress and reallocate resources to maximize benefits.
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and technical direction.
Deliver high-level presentations on DBMS concepts to stakeholders.
Oversee design and implementation of relational databases for availability and performance.
Analyze architectures for modernization and integration opportunities.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and government data standards.
Advise on selection and use of database technologies and tools.
