Job summary

Child Care Resource Center is seeking a Sr. Database Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain the agency's data warehouse and reporting systems. You will lead integration of new applications and serve as a SME to business stakeholders, analysts, and developers.

The role emphasizes data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA), with hybrid, full-time, 40 hours per week. Collaboration across Programs, Finance, and Research is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, data science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in SQL application and database development, administration, data management, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain database and reporting solutions.
• Own the architecture of the data warehouse and lead integration of new applications.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Programs, Finance, Research and IT.
