Qualifications

• Strong experience with MDM tools and data governance in enterprise environments.
• Deep data engineering background across data warehouses, lakes, ETL, and data quality.
• Ability to partner with business and back-office functions; translate requirements to data solutions.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI and semantic modeling for enterprise reporting.
• Experience in government contracting or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale and modernize back-office data capabilities as the organization grows.
• Serve in a highly visible data engineering role partnering with stakeholders across functions.
• Design, enhance, and support data warehouses, data lakes, ETL, MDM, and data quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Leverage Power BI and semantic modeling to improve analytics and reporting.
• Advance data quality, governance, and risk-management practices in a compliant environment.
• Communicate technical concepts and data strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements in the data landscape.
• Python or Scala programming experience is a plus.
