Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with depth in large datasets.
• At least 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts on complex work.
• Expert-level SQL with window functions and complex joins.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks; cross-platform work is a plus.
• Strong grounding in statistics: experimentation, regression, cohort analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
• Proven ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, high-stakes analyses with deep technical depth.
• Guide and unblock the team on difficult technical problems.
• Write advanced SQL against large datasets.
• Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines with Data Engineering.
• Apply statistical methods to move beyond surface-level reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks; know when deeper analysis is needed.
• Set and enforce technical standards for the team.
• Mentor analysts on hard problems.
• Translate questions into structured approaches.
• Present complex findings to senior stakeholders.
• Own the technical roadmap for analytics tools and processes.
