Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and own end-to-end data solutions for our Core products. You will drive analytics-ready pipelines, governance, and trusted metrics across internal systems.

You will partner with stakeholders, own Looker dashboards and semantic models, and mentor team members while advancing data quality and scalable analytics foundations for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related data visualization or data engineering role.
• Proficiency in Looker and LookML, with experience using Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience building analytics models with dbt and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for actionable insights.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of analytics-ready data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics and reporting on provider sales, operations, and performance.
• Collaborate on designing certified datasets in dbt and Snowflake, including ingestion, transformation, modeling.
