Bounteous is seeking a senior data leader to drive complex analyses and guide a team of analysts through technically challenging problems. The role blends hands-on analytics with leadership, setting technical standards and mentoring staff in SQL, statistics, and data modeling within a cloud data environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with high-volume datasets.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts on technically difficult work.
• Expert-level SQL with complex queries and optimized performance.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks in cloud data environments.
• Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, high-stakes analyses and deep-dive investigations.
• Guide and unblock analysts on difficult technical problems and data modeling.
• Write advanced SQL across large datasets and complex schemas.
• Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines with Data Engineering.
• Apply statistical methods to produce rigorous, defensible conclusions.
