Job summary

The role emphasizes data modernization initiatives across manufacturing domains and collaboration with PMs and stakeholders. The candidate should excel in problem solving, communicate effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment, with Agile experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Lead or similar with focus on Java
• Strong understanding of Java and its ecosystems
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with test driven development
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Ability to guide and mentor team members
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Agile experience is a plus
• Able to work in fast paced, evolving environment
• Experience leading data modernization in industrial manufacturing
• Understanding of production planning and control in manufacturing
• Expertise in data analysis and database management
• Excellent project management skills and leadership abilities
