Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management to lead a data management team for complex trials, with emphasis on data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to strengthen study execution, mentor staff, and manage projects, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical data management experience in CRO/pharma or related field.
• Experience managing complex clinical trials independently.
• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture systems in complex scenarios.
• Advanced data validation and auditing with mentoring capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of clinical data management professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in clinical trials.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance and training to the team.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
• Engage with stakeholders at various management levels.
• Present findings and updates at meetings.
