Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU to join our SIU team. The role partners across the organization to manage inefficiencies and analyze financial and utilization metrics to support our goals. This fully remote position is open to US residents (excluding Alaska; Delaware; Hawaii; Louisiana; Montana; North Dakota; Oklahoma; West Virginia; Wyoming; and U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of analytical tooling experience.
• 1+ years working with large datasets and distilling insights.
• Strong communication skills for business reporting impact.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions.
• Tell a story with data for non-technical colleagues with clear visuals.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of essential dashboards and adapt them.
• Create models/tools to identify and remove inefficiencies.
• Collaborate across the organization to monitor impact of initiatives.
• Support other strategic projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
