Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU to partner across the organization to manage inefficiencies and analyze key financial and utilization metrics, delivering insights to drive better decisions.

You will report to the Manager, SIU Data Analytics & Reporting. This fully remote role is open to U.S. residents (excluding a few states). The position offers competitive base pay, benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Formación

• 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 1+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights with a structured thought process.
• Strong communication skills, around business reporting impact and requirements, on at least 2 reporting projects.
• Experience in SQL, with filtering, aggregation, and CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with VLOOKUP, nested if statements and connected Sheets.
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, finance or the insurance industry.

• Tell data stories to non-technical colleagues with clear presentations.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of dashboards and adapt to user needs.
• Create models/tools to identify and remove inefficiencies.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
