Job summary

Peraton in Herndon, VA is seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting Manager to lead agile teams delivering reporting solutions for the DOS Consular Systems Modernization program. You will translate customer needs into product backlogs and ensure the program vision is implemented across multiple projects.

You will supervise staff, manage performance, and coordinate with architecture and security to maintain compliant, scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field.
Five (5) years’ technical Lead experience with software reporting projects.
Hands-on experience with reporting/analytical tools across all SDLC phases.
Experience with agile methodologies.
DoD Secret clearance (or higher) required.

Responsibilities

Lead system/software delivery in an Agile lifecycle including deployments and operations.
Align project product backlogs with customer priorities.
Coordinate with architecture to convert requirements within time and cost constraints.
Ensure software compliance standards are addressed by agile teams.
Supervise agile staff and manage performance reviews and administrative tasks.
Provide security oversight and address security considerations.
