Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience; or 6+ with a Master’s.
• Experience supporting VA/DHA or federal civilian organizations on complex technical initiatives.
• Proven success briefing senior government officials with recommendations translating technical concepts into actionable information.
• Experience applying data analytics and BI to identify trends and drive mission outcomes.
• Experience evaluating and integrating technology solutions (GOTS, COTS, custom, AI, cloud) for enterprise modernization.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams from concept to implementation with sponsor outcomes.
• Ability to identify emerging technologies aligned with sponsor priorities and mission needs.
• Ability to translate evolving mission needs into practical, executable solutions and build trusted relationships.
• Must be eligible to obtain VA/DHA suitability; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting VA/DHA initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Engage with senior sponsors to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across data analytics, AI, systems engineering, and software engineering.
• Build relationships with government stakeholders and expand opportunities for mission-focused solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical recommendations, operating models, roadmaps, and executive briefings.
• Foster cross-agency collaboration to translate sponsor needs into practical technical approaches.
