Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software development leadership.
• Five years as technical lead on software development projects.
• Hands-on software development across all SDLC phases.
• Experience with agile methodologies in system implementation.
• Experience with development lifecycle tooling including CI, version control, testing, and issue tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; interim Secret acceptable.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for system and software delivery within an Agile development lifecycle, including deployments and operations.
• Align project backlogs with customer priorities and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture to translate requirements under time and cost constraints.
• Ensure software compliance with standards across teams.
• Directly supervise agile teams and oversee delivering modernized services across multiple teams.
• Identify and address team deficiencies; propose corrective actions.
• Participate in customer planning sessions and project implementations.
• Maintain frequent inter-organizational and customer contact related to agile work.
• Line manage agile staff: performance reviews, timesheet approvals, travel expenses, and career guidance.
