National Grid plc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Finance & Enterprise Data Reporting office. The role can be located in multiple US locations including Hicksville, NY, and involves leading the creation and delivery of dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of data analysis experience, strong visualization skills, and proficiency with Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of high-level data analysis experience.
• Strong ability to visualize and interpret data.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI platform, Snowflake data warehouse, SQL querying.
• Data modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives and manage a matrixed team across global EDRO.
• Gather reporting needs from stakeholders and propose formats, layouts, and delivery methods.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
• Explore AI-driven reporting ideas while prioritizing practical solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of technical reports; train end-users.
