Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Partner centered on Diabetes & Continuous Glucose Monitoring in the United States. You will leverage advanced analytics to optimize CGM programs, patient resupply, and engagement.

The role combines hands-on SQL with stakeholder partnership to drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes. You’ll transform raw healthcare data into dashboards, metrics, and reports while collaborating with business, product, payer, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related fields.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge with CGM, diabetes, pharmacy, or DME is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, window functions, validation).
• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to translate business needs into dashboards and reports; excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end CGM and diabetes workflows to inform resupply strategies.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Transform data into dashboards and metrics using Snowflake and SQL.
• Assess adherence, shipment cadence, payer requirements, and retention to identify improvements.
• Deliver regular reviews and KPI reporting to guide decisions.
