Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with relevant analytics experience.
• At least 4 years of professional data analysis work and programming.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R or Spark and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs with Product and Engineering and build dashboards to track progress.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive decisions and prioritize work.
• Develop tracking plans and dashboards for new product launches and AB tests.
• Collaborate with Product to design clean AB tests that run in parallel.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and data trends to maintain reliability.
• Partner with Engineering to evolve a scalable data model.
• Maintain clean, usable data to answer complex business questions.
