Capital One Travel seeks a Data Analysis Manager to partner with Product and Engineering, defining KPIs, building dashboards, and guiding analytics across the Hotels Travel Agency team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field with at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s Degree with at least 4 years.
• At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
• At least 4 years of experience performing programming.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs with Product and Engineering and build dashboards to track goals.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive decisions and prioritization.
• Develop tracking plans and dashboards for measuring product launches and AB tests.
• Design clean AB tests in collaboration with Product.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and data trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve data models.
• Maintain clean, usable data to answer complex questions.
• Mine data to extract crucial information for the organization.
• Identify process, data, and reporting improvements.
• Work with large databases containing millions to billions of records.
• Improve operational efficiencies.
• Analyze processes and tests.
• Interpret data to gauge product offerings.
